Join our Managed Services team as a (Senior) PAM Operations Engineer (m/f/d) – CyberArk – either on-site/hybrid at our locations in Essen, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Munich, Oberhaching, or Stuttgart, or flexibly remote in Germany.
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer, operate, and troubleshoot CyberArk environments (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM).
- Manage privileged accounts, platforms, and target system onboarding.
- Handle incidents, service requests, proactive issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and third-party teams on integrations.
- Support patching, upgrades, and new CyberArk implementations.
- Ensure security compliance, audit readiness, and maintain technical documentation.
Your Experience:
- Several years of hands-on CyberArk experience with strong knowledge of PVWA, CPM, and PSM.
- Experience in Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and log analysis skills.
- Background in IT operations; ITIL knowledge or certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent and proactive working style with a strong service and customer focus.
- German at C1 level is mandatory; English skills are an advantage.
