- Internal functions such as Finance, Marketing, PMO, Office Management

Your Path to iC Consult – Here’s what to Expect
Do you find us or the position interesting?
Then send us your application documents.
After you have sent your application, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Your documents will then be carefully checked by our HR department before they are forwarded to the relevant contact person.
The interest is mutual!
It’s time to get to know each other.
You will be invited by us for an initial conversation via email within about two weeks.
This usually takes place virtually via Microsoft Teams.
Are you as interested in us as we are in you?
Then we’ll clarify the details.
After the first conversation, further interviews may follow within one to two weeks to clarify open questions of detail, small work samples or to get to know the team.
A perfect fit is important to us. That’s why we take a close look and at the same time give you comprehensive insights into our work so that we can both make a good decision for a long-term collaboration.

We will prepare your contract and send it to you electronically for signature.
Shortly after signing the contract, you’ll hear from us again to ensure a smooth onboarding process:
- IT will ask which devices you would prefer to work with. There’s plenty to choose from and the most important thing is that you decide.
- Our team leads can be contacted at any time and will give you information about your first day at work, your first week and what else you can expect.
- The iC Consult University will prepare an individual induction path for you to make it easier for you to get started with a tailored training program in the first 365 days.
