Bootcamp: Your Shared Onboarding Experience
The iC Consult Bootcamp is a 3-day onboarding experience for new joiners across Europe. It usually takes place within your first 6 months, on-site in Munich.
You’ll come together with colleagues from different roles and locations to learn, collaborate, and build your first network within iC Consult. The Bootcamp combines introductions to key topics, hands-on IAM learning, and plenty of space for exchange and networking.

In close collaboration with your team lead, you receive a structured onboarding path that gives you clarity for your first months and beyond:
