How Our Application Process Works

Here's what typically happens during the different stages of your application.

Submit Your Application

You've found your ideal role – here's what happens next.

Once youve submitted your application, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you dont see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

After receiving your application, our Talent Acquisition Team carefully reviews your application documents and shares them with the responsible Hiring Manager Team.

If we have any questions or need additional information, we will contact you directly.

Within a few weeks of receiving your application, we will reach out to you via email and ideally invite you to an initial interview. This can either be a phone interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Team Member, or a video interview with the Hiring Manager Team. The video conversation usually takes place via Microsoft Teams. It is an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other better. You’ll learn more about iC Consult, the role, and the team, while we learn more about your experience, interests, and expectations.

If both sides would like to continue the conversation, we will schedule one or more additional meetings within the following weeks.

Depending on the role, these conversations may include small work samples or discussions with potential team members. The goal is to answer open questions, give you deeper insights into our work, teams, projects, and culture, and explore how we would work together.

Finding the right fit is very important to us, so we take the time needed to make a well-informed decision.

You will receive your contract electronically for review and signature. Once the contract is signed, we will support you in preparing for your start:

  • Our People Team will reach out regarding further information needed to prepare your onboarding.
  • The IT Team will contact you to discuss your preferred devices and setup. There are different options available – the most important thing is that you select what works best for you.
  • Our iC Consult University prepares an individual onboarding path with a tailored training program during your first 365 days.
  • As your first day moves closer, your team lead will share everything you need to know about your first day and your first weeks, and will be available if you have any questions before you start.
