What Is the Accelerator Program?
Our Accelerator is your fast track into IAM consulting. You don’t need prior IAM experience. We bring the expertise, you bring the curiosity.
Here is how it works:

You join us in a permanent, full-time position at iC Consult Bulgaria from day one.

You get trained for several months. Based on your background and strengths, we match you with one of those market-leading technologies: One Identity Manager, Ping , Saviynt, SailPoint or Idira (formerly known as CyberArk). The training includes:
- an Identity & Access Management Bootcamp
- hands-on training modules and workshops in the chosen technology
- real-world tasks in our own demo environments
- soft skills training to help you feel confident in front of clients
- mentoring for our own veterans with real world experience in executing and leading IAM projects

You go live. After the training, you join real client projects as a Technical IAM Consultant, with experienced colleagues behind you.
Start date: February 2027
Location: Fully remote anywhere in Bulgaria, or hybrid from our offices in Sofia or Plovdiv. The choice is yours.
What You’ll Do After the Program

Support our clients through their IAM projects, from understanding and defining their requirements to drafting the architecture and then following through the full implementation.

Build and integrate modern identity solutions, including identity lifecycle management, secure APIs and seamless system integrations.

Work on international projects with global brands and market-leading technologies.

Keep growing. IAM changes constantly, and so will your skill set.
What You Bring

A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a related field, or a comparable technical background.

First programming experience in at least one of these: Java, JavaScript, .NET/C#, SQL or similar. Experience with frontend development frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.

Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems or similar is a plus, especially if you already know how user accounts and access rights are managed.

A real interest in IT security and new technologies.

A proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership. You get involved, take initiative and see things through.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

German is a great plus. It isn’t required, but it will open even more doors for you.
