We are looking for a Frontend Developer (f/m/d) to build a high-impact, customer-facing Angular SPA at the heart of our client’s identity platform. You’ll work with a modern Angular monorepo, shape reusable components, and collaborate closely with IAM, QA and DevOps experts in a cross-functional, forward-thinking environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build the CIAM front-end: design, build and maintain responsive, accessible Angular SPA features within a multi-project Angular monorepo, turning Figma designs into reusable, well-tested components and shared UI libraries.
- Implement secure user journeys: build multi-step authentication flows (registration, login, profile/consent management, password reset) on OpenID Connect/OAuth 2.0, including MFA step-up options.
- Collaborate across the programme: work within a cross-functional squad (Business Analysts, IAM Consultants, Developers, QA) and across workstreams with backend, IAM architecture and DevOps colleagues; take part in requirements refinement, task estimation and delivery ceremonies.
- Own quality and infrastructure literacy: partner with QA Engineers on automated and manual testing and defect fixes; configure and fine-tune NGINX (routing, headers, caching, security); understand and adjust Helm values.yaml for builds and deployments.
- Support client engagement: join client-facing discussions to present UI solutions and gather stakeholder feedback, and contribute to technical documentation and cross-workstream knowledge sharing.
Your Experience:
- Angular expertise: strong, hands-on experience with Angular (v18–20 or a recent equivalent), TypeScript, RxJS and component-based architecture, including monorepo/workspace setups and building reusable component libraries and design systems.
- Pixel-perfect delivery: a strong track record of translating high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs into accurate, responsive UI implementations.
- IAM/CIAM and DevOps literacy: working knowledge of OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 flows (authorization code, PKCE, etc.) and MFA journeys; familiarity with Docker, Helm values.yaml and NGINX configuration (reverse proxy, headers, caching, security).
- Team-based delivery: comfortable working as part of a cross-functional squad (Business Analysts, IAM Consultants, QA Engineers) across multiple workstreams, including requirements refinement, task estimation, and supporting automated/manual testing and defect triage.
- Communication: good written and spoken English, and comfortable in customer-facing interactions such as workshops, demos and requirements discussions.
Nice to Have:
- Nx experience: hands-on experience with Nx specifically (generators/schematics, affected-based builds, computation caching) — desirable but not essential; similar Angular monorepo tooling is enough.
- UX/UI prototyping: experience with tools such as Figma (or Sketch / Adobe XD), including working directly with designers on component specs and design tokens.
- IAM/CIAM platform experience: prior experience on IAM/CIAM projects or with platforms such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Keycloak, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or IBM Security Verify.
- Testing frameworks: experience with Angular testing frameworks (Jasmine/Karma, Jest, Cypress or Playwright).
- CI/CD and Kubernetes: familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD) and Kubernetes fundamentals beyond Helm basics.
