We are looking for a (Senior) Technical Consultant – One Identity Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in our offices in Sofia, Plovdiv, or Varna. This is a full-time position with remote work options available, and it’s open to candidates based in Bulgaria.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of One Identity Manager solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate One Identity solutions into existing IT environments, addressing complex IAM challenges
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing
- Engage directly with clients to understand their IAM needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver customized solutions
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the IAM space, contributing to the continuous enhancement of service offerings
Your Experience:
- A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- The ability to understand, describe and redesign complex business processes and architecture (e.g. UML, BPMN or similar)
- Hands-on experience with an professional IGA or general IAM product in an enterprise setting (e.g. Okta, SailPoint, Entra ID, AWS IAM, or others) and ideally with One Identity Manager (configuration, lifecycle management, provisioning, governance)
- IT experience with source or target systems such as SAP, AD, LDAP, RACF, Entra ID, etc. and ideally familiarity with the MS development stack – TSQL/MS SQL, vb.net, c#, powershell
- Deep understanding of relational databases and data modelling on the data base level
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory and fluent German skills are an advantage
- Relevant certifications from the vendor are an advantage
