Join our team as a Senior IAM Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on One Identity Manager – on-site / hybrid at our location in Vienna, or flexibly remote within Austria.
The position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of One Identity Manager solutions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge IAM solutions, leveraging their extensive expertise in One Identity technologies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Overall technical responsibility and architecture design for IAM solutions based on One Identity Manager – from the object model and role/permission concept to provisioning, synchronization, and attestation processes
- Consulting and supporting our customers in the design, integration, and further development of their IAM environments – including connecting target systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP, LDAP, and REST/SCIM interfaces
- (Partial) project management of complex customer projects, from requirements analysis through target architecture, implementation, and testing to cutover and go-live
- Close collaboration with business units, IT departments, and external stakeholders
- Implementing customer-specific synchronizations, processes, and scripts in .NET/VB.NET and SQL, as well as actively contributing to our internal IAM architecture expertise
Your Experience:
- Several years of experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally with a focus on One Identity Manager (synchronization, provisioning, attestation, role and permission modeling)
- Solid technical knowledge of .NET/VB.NET programming, T-SQL, Windows Server, Active Directory and Entra ID, SAP integration, as well as cloud and API technologies (REST, SCIM)
- Experience in (partial) technical project management, along with a completed degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a comparable qualification
- Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and confident presence with customers and stakeholders
- Passion for technology, architecture, and security, as well as fluent German and English skills
