On June 28, more than 350 colleagues from around the globe came together at the historic Motorwerk Berlin for our iC Consult Summer Jamboree 2025. With its motto “Around the World”, the event brought our international community closer together – and turned Berlin into a stage for cultures, flavors, and experiences from across our global teams.

What is the iC Consult Summer Jamboree?
The iC Consult Summer Jamboree is our largest employee event and a cherished tradition at iC Consult that takes place every two years. It brings together our European colleagues in a different city each time, offering a unique opportunity to connect in person, celebrate, and experience the spirit of our company.

Food, Music, and Dancing into the Night
Following the “Around the World Experience” and a warm welcome from our C-Level leadership, the party could begin. Dinner was served with flying buffets and food stations offering something for every taste. A DJ provided the soundtrack for those ready to hit the dance floor.
Colleagues could enjoy cocktails, play beer pong or table soccer, or capture memories at the photo booth. With perfect summer weather, many gathered in the outdoor area to relax and connect.
The atmosphere was vibrant and uplifting – a night full of shared moments that captured the essence of our community.
