Join our team as a (Senior) Business Analyst – Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) (m/f/d) — either on-site/hybrid at our locations in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or flexibly remote from within Bulgaria.
Your Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, refine, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate closely with business stakeholders within a One Identity project environment
- Coordinate and guide the development team on functional requirements and priorities
- Prepare, execute, and document testing activities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate both minor and major releases
- Support smooth delivery and continuous improvement of IAM / IGA solutions
Your Experience:
- Previous experience in IGA or IAM environments
- Knowledge of One Identity Manager (OneIM) is considered a strong advantage
- Strong technical mindset with the ability to understand system processes, workflows, and business requirements
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
- Professional proficiency in English is required; German will be considered a plus
