Join our team as a Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (m/f/d) – SailPoint ISC — either on-site at our locations in Madrid, Barcelona or flexibly remote from within Spain.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate, administer, and continuously improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems, with a focus on SailPoint ISC.
- Manage and maintain SailPoint ISC components within SaaS environments.
- Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively resolving issues.
- Manage access control policies, roles, authentication flows, and integrations with other systems.
- Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP modules, ServiceNow, and SIEM tools.
- Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in line with change management best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and customer teams to optimize processes, performance, and documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles).
Your Experience:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC); relevant certifications are a plus.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including LDAP, SAML, authentication flows, and system integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience analyzing logs, APIs, and relational databases.
- Experience working with Jira (or other ITSM tools), Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused communication skills.
- Languages: Spanish and English (B2 level) required; Catalan is a plus.
