We’re looking for an experienced (Senior) IAM Consultant / Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in Ping Identity’s on‑prem and hybrid product stack. If you enjoy solving complex identity challenges and working with enterprise‑grade IAM platforms, this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operation, administration, and continuous enhancement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, with hands-on experience with one or several Ping Identity products, such as PingAM, PingIDM, PingDirectory (PingDS).
- Install, configure, and maintain Ping Identity components in on‑premise or hybrid infrastructures.
- Design and implement authentication and authorization solutions (SSO, MFA, federation) using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
- Integrate applications and target systems using REST APIs, product‑specific connectors, and automation scripts.
- Support identity lifecycle processes, directory services, schema extensions, access policies, and RBAC/ABAC models.
- Enhance self‑service features, delegated administration, and workflow‑based business processes.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.
Your Skills and Requirements:
- Several years of practical experience with either PingAM, PingIDM, or Ping Directory Service (PingDS).
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and federation standards.
- Solid Linux knowledge and experience with scripting/automation (Python, Groovy, JavaScript, Bash).
- Ability to navigate complex project environments and understand architectural and requirements‑driven contexts.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and confidence using Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English language skills, other languages are a strong plus
- Willingness to travel.
