Join our iC Consult India team as a Senior IAM Consultant (One Identity), either hybrid / remote at our locations in Pune or flexibly remote from within India.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, configuration, and customization of One Identity Manager (identity governance, lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning).
• Build and maintain synchronization projects and connectors to target systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, SAP, databases, and cloud/SaaS applications.
• Develop custom workflows, processes, and business logic using the One Identity object layer and scripting (VB.NET / C#, Windows PowerShell, SQL).
• Configure and customize the One Identity Web Portal, including attestation, access request, and self-service capabilities.
• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, attestation/certification campaigns, and compliance rules.
• Implement and support One Identity Safeguard (privileged session and password management) and Active Roles where required.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, and translate business/compliance needs into technical architecture and solution designs.
• Troubleshoot, tune, and optimize existing One Identity deployments; support upgrades and migrations.
• Produce technical documentation, solution design documents, and knowledge-transfer material.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance across the delivery team.

Your Experience:

• 6–10 years of overall IAM experience, with a strong focus on the One Identity platform.
• Proven hands-on implementation experience with One Identity Manager (configuration, connectors, synchronization, process orchestration, Web Portal).
• Solid scripting and development skills: VB.NET or C#, Windows PowerShell, and SQL (T-SQL preferred).
• Strong understanding of core IAM/IGA concepts: joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle, provisioning, RBAC/ABAC, access certification, and SoD.
